Job Description
  • Accountable for managing & developing all of sale segment effort including the integrity of the guest base of key accounts/key prospects the generation of revenue consistent with the Hotel objectives;
  • Achieve the annual revenue goals, sale strategies & key performance indicators as budgeted; grow market share and account acquisition;
  • Perform all duties within the framework defined by the chain/Hotel norms and by internal regulations as specified by DOSM/GM.



Work Experience
  • At least 2-3 year experience in similar position of the upscale luxury hotel in Ho Chi Minh City or Vietnam market is an advantage;
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English is a must; proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint;
  • Excellent in communication and negotiation;
  • Strong leadership;
  • Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
  • National under local contract (Vietnamese candidate only).
