•Develop, implement and manage the business plan and strategic sales strategy.
•Pro-active in searching new opportunity/account in line of company strategic goals
•Increase business occupancy and revenue and promote the identity of the hotel though maintaining a good relationship with clients
•Handle key accounts directly and ensure the accounts database is updated and accurate.
•Manage the connection with corporate business entities both local and international.
•Promote a positive image of the hotel.
Work Experience
•Fluent in English (written and spoken)
•Have the ability to prioritize workload assignments
•Having minimum 3 years experience in the same field
•Good Leadership, Communication and Interpersonal skill
•Ability in responding a variety of work situation
•Understands the overall market, competitors’
