•Executing sales strategies, business plan across all market segments

•Support the loyalty culture, the recruitment of Accor+ members

•Identify new opportunities for each source of revenue

•Develop specific sales action plans by segment to ensure awareness, business leads and conversion

•Gain market share; get corporate, leisure contracts as per objectives

•Leading the team to hit the budgeted sales revenue of the hotel rooms, meetings, banquets and events.



Work Experience

•Have experience the same position in international hotels

•Commercial agility to adapt tactics for the hotel business plan regarding room, F&B

•Have experience the same position in international hotels

•Support the hotel’s positioning and actively promote the Hotel and brand through community and professional involvement.

•Confident and articulate communication, negotiation, relationship and networking skills

•Understanding all hotel market segments and current trends

•Experience in development and execution of sales strategies of an opening hotel business plan

•Proven record as a hunter and converter of business in a number of market segments

•Mandarin speaking is preferred
