Job Description
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
- 10+ year’s industry experience in up market brands with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically, inductively and creatively.
- Strong Leadership abilities.
- Ability to enhance organizational performance, clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Coordinate Sales operations with the other departments of the organization.
- Ensure maintenance of customer database.
- Responsible for targeting new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the organization.
- Development of the Strategic Sales Plan for the organization.
- Direct the Sales & Marketing department to achieve objectives established in the Organization’s Strategic Plan.
- Through your passion and motivation, you sell memorable experience to guests who stay in your property. You are professional and knowledgeable about your property, and you build strong relationships and create bond with your guests.
