Director of Security

 

With the health, safety and security of guests and colleagues at the forefront, the Director of Security will be an ambassador of the Fairmont Olympic Hotel ensuring security protocols and standards are followed with integrity.

What you will be doing:

• Lead the safety culture of the Olympic Hotel from guests to colleagues
• Create, train and uphold security processes throughout the hotel operations
• Liaise with local authorities in emergency and preventative security matters
• Have a preventative mindset and approach to safety standards

Your experience and skills include:

• Experience with a variety of security technology and practices
• A passion for the safety and well being of people 
• Ability to de-escalating tense situtations 
• Well versed with incident, insurance and accident reporting

You will work cohesively with a variety of professionals who share the common vision of providing memorable experiences for guest and colleagues of the Fairmont Olympic Hotel.
