Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all functions of slot operations and the implementation of the slot operations business plan
• Provides leadership and direction in the development, execution and measurement of guest service standards within the department
• Regularly review, analyze and evaluate slot machine floor mix and performance against historical and theoretical expectations, assist VP of slots to implement strategies to improve performance
• Create and oversee installation schedules for new slot product, game conversions and slot movements
• Ensure slot department is in compliance with company policy and Macau gaming law and regulations

Job Requirements:

• Possess excellent organizational, analytic and project management skills, with particular attention to quality in effective management of multiple business units
• Proficient in MS Office suite and AUTOCAD floor design, strong knowledge of slot management systems will be required. Proficiency in IGT Slot Management Suite (ABS) and Paltronics one link jackpot system an advantage
• At least 3 years’ experience in gaming management and 4 years’ experience in gaming operations or technical background
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or a combination of equivalent education and experience
• Possess excellent command of written and spoken English, good command of spoken Chinese an advantage
