DCG's Worldwide Marketing team is looking for an experienced, talented and
proactive marketer.  As the Director of Solutions Marketing, you will report
directly to our CMO of DCG.  This role will lead the Solutions Marketing team
who are responsible for the managing the Solutions Marketing Roadmap, working
in collaboration with our Product Managers and Segment Business Units.  The
role is also directly responsible for building the Go-to-Market plans for our
key market segments and sales functions.  In addition this person will run a
cross Business Unit and Marketing Planning Council as well as oversee the
quarterly launch cadence.  You will drive results in a highly matrixed
environment partnering closely with internal stakeholders across the business.

Primary responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
• Develop and manage the Solutions Product Roadmap aligned across
segments/business units
• Manage an integrated quarterly launch calendar aligned with the Solutions
Roadmap
• Define the Market Segment Strategy including GTM Plans for key market
segments and requirements across all marketing/sales functions
• Build external awareness for Lenovo Smarter Infrastructure Solutions and the
Data-Centered brand narrative
• Work closely with WW and Geo sales and partner enablement teams to include
more solution selling capabilities and thought leadership content
• Lead the development of Solutions Marketing content, value props, messaging
and bi-annual Geo guidance publications
• Engage with Product manager and Segment Business Units acting as a liaison
between marketing and segments to ensure value propositions and messaging
stays accurate
• Run a cross-BU/Marketing planning council

#### Position Requirements:


Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
• 10+ years marketing experience
• Extensive experience building integrated go-to-marketing strategies and
marketing campaigns
• Experience developing content and sales enablement across the buying cycle
from initial engagement to purchase
• Direct experience executing key go-to-market field tactics such as sales
enablement creation, channel co-marketing programs, promotions, sales
training, etc.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA
• Broad knowledge of servers, storage and/or cloud products
• Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively collaborate with
internal cross-functional teams
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Self starter and able to execute with minimal direction
• Ability to think strategically and be flexible and creative, with
exceptional attention to detail
