The Job

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, the Director of Spa is one who is a well known Four Seasons leader in aesthetic taste with the ability to give practical advice on creating a tasteful spa environment, and translate that into eye for detail and crispness.

• Maintain operating criteria/spa concepts and be responsible for the coordination and scheduling of all Spa related services in relation to consistency with policies, philosophy and objectives for the Spa
• Manage and oversee the whole Spa and Fitness Centre operations and staff on a day-to-day basis
• Strive to deliver a level of personalized service that exceeds not only the expectation of the guest but will add a point of difference from the service provided in the spa
• Ensure the quality standards and consistency in order to provide a memorable spa experience to guests
• Main effective communication with the team and update staff training to ensure professional delivery of service
• Responsible for controlling and driving the sales budget in order to maximize revenues

The Person

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
• Minimum 5 years management experience in a luxury Spa
• Demonstrates superior knowledge of spa, wellness and holistic modalities
• Thorough knowledge of 5-star service standards, effective application of spa staffing models, proven ability to create and implement spa service menus, effective retail management, successful marketing strategies, and demonstrated ability to project costs, revenue and to adhere to the budget that supports monthly / annual financials
