What you will be doing:

• Provide exceptional leadership and support to the Spa, Recreation and Hawaiian Culture Departments.
• Liaise with the Hotel's partners, including the tennis operation.
• Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
• Maximize revenue through participating in yield management meetings and implementing supporting agreed upon Revenue Management strategies and practices
• Develop and execute strong luxury operational standards that will deliver exceptional service
• Follow all Company Brand Standards and required legislation guidelines.

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
• Minimum 5 years in a luxury resort or wellness experience required, ideally with a minimum of 2 years in Hawai'i.
• Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
• Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
• Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
• Experience and Education in Spa, Hawaiian Cultural Activities in a luxury resort setting.
• Ability to analyze financial data to create winning revenue generating strategies.
