Job Description
Position Overview The Director of Strategic Corporate Accounts & Partnerships, Surgical Therapies will be responsible for driving profitable growth for surgical c-arms through developing and nurturing strategic relationships to industry partners, medical associations, Strategic Corporate Accounts (SCA) and Network Care (NC), in close collaboration with the Imaging field team, i.e., SU/CTH AVPs, Product Sales Executives as well as Account Executives. This role will also be responsible for strategic customer engagements and sales opportunities, while also driving the broader Siemens SCA strategy for Surgery. This position will directly report into the Vice President for Surgical Therapies. Responsibilities -Industry Partner Relationship Management: Engage with industry partners in Surgery, develop and grow relationships to maximize impact of these partnerships for our customers and our success. Develop and maintain key performance indicators on commercial success with our industry partnerships. Focus on managing the national Funnel for joint opportunities with our partners. Provide meaningful input and support for Marketing to create joint collaterals, training events and trade show attendance to showcase joint value proposition with our partners. -Strategic Corporate Accounts & Network Care: Drive focus and strategy with our internal partners in SCA. Develop baseline KPI’s on current state performance in our SCA network and drive clear and actionable strategies to drive growth. Collaborate and support the Network Care organization by making necessary connections to our internal and external facing teams. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience Strong communication, relationship management and leadership skills Requires deep knowledge of US Surgery market, trends, clinical surgical procedures, and technical needs Sales experience in Surgery, with strong relationship networks Display high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross functional problems Results oriented to ensure achievement of the targeted profit, customer satisfaction and market share goals. Ability to drive a strategic plan, having an impact to implement necessary changes with internal and external partners involved 10 years of healthcare experience in the field of customer relationship or business management Bachelor’s degree Required travel: ~60% Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience 15 years of healthcare experience in the field of customer relationship or business management Existing relationships with Surgery key opinion leaders is desired Prior sales and KOL development experience is desired At Siemens Healthineers, we value those who dedicate their energy and passion to a greater cause.
