We are looking for a Manager of System and Silicon Validation group, to manage organization of 100+ engineers.
The group is responsible for system quality of server networking products to the Data Center and Cloud.
We validate state-of-the-art complicated products, including HW and FW, in both pre-Si and post-Si phases.
The products are Infrastructure Processing Unit (IPU), Ethernet IPs and Foundational NICs. And our customers are leading OEMs and CSPs.
The team includes senior technical leaders, validation program managers, SW tools' developers and SV engineers that develop, execute and debug test plans and automated test cases.

Strategic thinking to plan, analytical thinking & problem-solving skills along with the process and customer obsession.
Self-starter and willing to work independently through ambiguity & under pressure.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

Required experience:

• 10+ year of experience in people management, at least 2nd level (manager of managers)
• ASIC product development, preferably in networking area
• Validation, verification, or SW testing
