The Team
Reporting to the Novotel & Ibis Cross-Complex General Manager, you will be a crucial member of the Executive Committee. You will be a seasoned Human Resources professional with experience in a similar role, the focus of this role will be to continue to champion the Accor Values ensuring all team members Feel Welcome and Feel Valued and Work Your Way at Accor.
This is a flexible position and open for individuals seeking either full time or part time employment.
Lead and develop a team of 3 enthusiastic and kind team members to ensure our operational managers have the guidance and support they needed on a daily basis.
Your Day to Day
You will be a trusted advisor to our General Manager, with the ability to see issues from multiple viewpoints and then execute the agreed plan with empathy and professionalism.
Act as an employee advocate and maintain high ethical standards - ensuring consultation, collaboration and coaching are at the core of how we implement initiatives. You will develop and implement workforce strategy in alignment with business imperatives and the needs of our Hotel team.
You will be a creative problem solver with strong commercial aptitude, outstanding leadership and engagement skills, with demonstrated experience in the field of Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations and Learning & Development. Qualifications in these areas are essential.
You will also be comfortable in a leading position in the T&C community for the region which spans over 4 states and will be seen as the “go to” for all things Talent & Culture in the group.
