• Continuously monitor deviations in the area of responsibility and define and implement sustainable measures to reduce deviations. Promote problem identification and a culture of proactive problem prevention.
• Coach and develop staff via effective development planning. Manage the performance planning process for all direct reports. Coordinate department level hiring and staffing plans.
• Identify on-going opportunities for improvement that enables facilities to develop to its optimum profit potential and decrease the cost of production.
• Lead daily operations and AM pillars.
• Utilizes GPS processes, driving zero losses and upholding the culture of non-negotiables.

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in a related field; at least 10 years prior experience in the manufacturing industry or similar industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously and delegate assignments to others.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
• Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conforms to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
• Demonstrated use of intermediate computer operations (basic programming in 3rd and 4th generation languages, relational databases, and operating systems) and intermediate software packages, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
