Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall operation management of the company's subsidiaries in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
2. Formulate and execute the development strategy of the subsidiary to ensure the achievement of the company's business goals.
3. Maintain and expand the local market, establish good relationships with dealers and partners.
4. Monitor the operation of the subsidiary, adjust the operation strategy in time, and continuously optimize the operation effect.

Job Requirements:
1. Familiar with the automotive aftermarket, with relevant industry experience.
2. Excellent team management and leadership skills.
3. Have successful experience in managing companies in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and other regions.
4. Able to adapt to a cross-cultural work environment, with good business negotiation and communication skills in English, Chinese, or Southeast Asian minor languages.
