The incumbent will be responsible for developing educational programmes in Water World and the content of e-Learning platform. S/he will develop training content, arrange training to the instructors and design programme souvenir for participants as well. In addition, s/he will supervise frontline staff in tour operations and handle different administrative works including class arrangements for participants.

Requirements:- 

• Degree in Education, Sports Science, Tourism, Environmental Science or related disciplines
• With at least 2 years’ experience in education, sports science or related fields
• Able to swim
• Experience in sports training and swimming coaching is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and customer services skills with high sense of responsibility
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Willing to work on weekends and during public holidays
