IAGS Graphics is responsible for delivering industry leading GPU 3D media compute and display hardware intellectual property IP blocks and system on chip SoC products for discrete graphics and throughput computing. We are looking for a Graphics Core Team Lead to join our team. The Core Team Lead will be responsible for overall Program Steering Program Strategic Discussions top issues risks and executive messaging. A critical part of their role will include external facing decisions and messaging and decisions impacting multiple programs along with customer request escalations. In addition you will help us with the following responsibilities.

Plans provides resources for and directs activities in engineering function to meet schedules standards and cost

Cultivates and reinforces appropriate group values norms and behaviors

Identifies and analyzes problems plans tasks and solutions

Provides guidance on employee development performance and productivity issues

Plans and schedules daily tasks uses judgement on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices

Strong influencing and stake holder management skills Excellent executive communication skills

Solid track record of collaboration and building and strengthening partnerships

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to lead and work effectively with a team

Reputation and track record for having can do attitude and customer first mindset
Some amount of travel may be required for this position

Qualifications

Minimum skills and experience:

Bachelors degree with 20 years of experience or a Masters degree with 15 years of experience

Your experience should be in the following
Program Management Experience with expert level skills in data collection management and interpretation
Familiarity with Product Lifecycle process
Technical Engineering background Schedule Management and Risk management

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$149,430.00-$261,690.00
