Input Limousine bookings into ARTS system

Answer telephone enquiries regarding Limousine bookings and ad hoc availabilities

Coordinate and dispatch bookings and ad-hoc orders to Drivers during the shift to ensure fast and efficient pick up and drop off in a warm friendly manner

Ensure sufficient vehicles are staged at various locations

Be familiar with all hotel and Cotai Strip services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately

Anticipate guest’s needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day

Respond to guest comments, requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Take personal responsibility to resolve issues and in need, escalate to Supervisor to ensure prompt and complete resolution, when necessary

Ensure Supervisors are aware of all guest comments / feedback / issues by close of shift

Understand GPS system to monitor movement of vehicles and GSA performance

Review status of assignments and any follow-up action with in-coming Dispatcher - Limousine Services, ensuring a smooth handover

Maintain positive guest relations

Maintain secure and accurate records of all vehicle and vehicle locations.

Ensure all cashiering reconciliations and functions are handled at close of the day with Paiza and Concierge, strictly adhering to company policy and procedures

Never argue with Guests or let other Team Members argue with Guests

High School graduate or equivalent experience preferred

Previous experience in a guest focused role preferably in Hotel airport/transportation/Car Park/front office /guest services experience an advantage

PC literate

Fluent verbal and written Chinese (Cantonese) and English

Maintain good inter-Departmental relationships

Be willing to work any day of the week and any shift

Reliable and has accountability for own actions

Have a well groomed, professional appearance

Has a genuine positive personality and focused on delivering extraordinary levels of guest service on a consistent basis
