With over 30 years of experience and a workforce of more than 6,000 employees, the Company, due to its continued successful growth, invites a Chinese-speaking Operations Director for Warehouse Logistics to join its team (Yiwu, China).

Key Responsibilities:
· Organize and manage the Distribution Center in China: goods storage, order picking, and cargo flow allocation (import shipments to Russia).
· Ensure timely, high-quality, and efficient execution of all technological operations and order fulfillment.
· Plan and control the warehouse budget; calculate and plan staffing levels and work schedules.
· Develop strategies to reduce costs and improve warehouse profitability and operational efficiency.
· Optimize warehouse processes to enhance performance.
· Implement modern automation technologies for warehouse operations, inventory systems, and quality control.
· Achieve target warehouse KPIs.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety, and quality standards.
· Analyze key warehouse performance indicators and prepare reports for senior management.
· Coordinate with Chinese partners, participate in negotiations, and oversee shipments and documentation.
· Liaise with the Company's Russian divisions.

Candidate Requirements:
· Higher education (Logistics, Management, Economics, International Relations, or related fields).
· Chinese language proficiency sufficient for business correspondence and oral negotiations (HSK Level 4 or higher, or equivalent experience working with Chinese counterparties).
· Experience managing Distribution Centers of 5,000+ sqm within major federal retail chains.
· Knowledge of modern warehouse automation systems (WMS, ERP) and proven experience in implementing new technologies.
· Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
· Advanced PC skills, including 1C 8.0 and ERP systems.
· High level of professionalism, supported by successful cases and measurable results.
· Excellent communication skills, openness, integrity, persistence, organizational talent, leadership qualities, and a strong results-oriented mindset.
· Willingness to relocate and reside permanently in China (Yiwu).
