Job Description

As a member of our Distribution Centre (warehouse) team, you will be responsible for the control of inventory coming into the warehouse and assisting with fulfillment of orders.   

What you will be doing:

• Receive incoming shipments and ensure product is ticketed
• Ensure that shipments are accurately put away in the correct location
• Provide additional support for customer service via phone, chat and email
• Handle all US bed sales including purchase order creation, receiving, confirmation of orders and submission to supplier
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the offices and warehouse
• All other duties as assigned

• Our US Warehouse is located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
• We have stores in the most beautiful, picturesque locations in Canada including Quebec City, Banff, Lake Louise, Jasper and Victoria. Our Distribution Centre and our Canadian Online Webstore is located in Canmore, Alberta.
• Our primary goal is to cater to the needs of the guests that visit the properties that we are located in and to provide an ongoing memory that they will cherish for years to come.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous warehouse experience an asset
• Demonstrates initiative to achieve goals, should have a self-starter attitude to make those goals a reality.
• Physically fit to stand and walk for the duration of the shift, maintain appearance of the Distribution Centre, must be able to lift 30-50lbs and climb stairs. This is a very physically intense position.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
