職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
Directs distribution customer service in the assigned region with integrity and ethical business practices, and in accordance with company's policies, procedures and practices.
Develops and directs a productive team of customer service personnel by hiring, training and leading the best qualified people, utilizing effective communication, motivational and coaching techniques, leading by example, providing ongoing performance management, training and development.
Manages distribution team workload, when there is availability the distribution team will assist the local branch on customer service related tasks.
Monitors performance of the teams within the assigned area and re-allocates resources to improve overall results. Contributes to the development of service excellence, customer retention, and distribution strategies for the area.
Visits Key Distributors to develop the relationships and grow the business both financially and thru product breadth.
Assists in identifying potential new distributors to add to the program.
Works with HQ Channel Strategy Manager or VP Business Development Americas for approval on special requests including pricing, terms and other items not agreed to that are not company's standard business practice.
Assists in gathering information of what the local competition is doing with current distributors to position company with the competitive advantage.
需求條件 / Key Requirements
University degree in business, marketing or related field with a minimum of 8 years of related experience is required, including experience in electronic component (or related industry) service and sales management; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred prior experience managing distributors. Experience managing in an international environment across cultures and various countries. Previous supervisory/management experience required.
Knowledgeable of market and industry trends and competitors.
Good knowledge of service & sales processes and techniques for the distribution industry.
Strong service, sales, methodical and people management skills.
Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills.
Mentoring skills required for providing training to regional personnel.
Strong verbal/written communications and interpersonal skills for communicating, and building relationships, with extensive internal and external customers.
Analytical skills for assessing strengths and weaknesses of service & sales programs and related results.
Strong in teamwork, business acumen and operational excellence.
Convincing personality who embodies ideas, energy, courage and values and who is an accepted partner for all relevant levels of internal and external management.
Sound knowledge of all relevant IT / office applications.
Strong verbal and written communication, local language and English minimum.
Valid passport/travel documents, including for international travel, and available for minimum APAC and US travel.
