To ensure distribution channel payments and expenses are effected in a timely and control manner and booking to ledger are correctly reflected. To enhance efficiency and accuracy on distribution compensation payment via automated solutions. Manage the overall end-to-end UAT for both production enhancement and new developments

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate channels payment checking and prepare trend analysis in monthly basis          
• Manage the overall end-to-end product and system UAT
• Perform agents tax filing and analysis  
• Review accounting entries as supportive role 
• Review accounts reconciliation in a timely manner. Take ownership and meet quality standard 
• Take Lead on process automation or RPA workflow management
• Support supervisor for the ad hoc tasks
• Liaise with Internal and External Audit
• You are required to obtain relevant licenses if your job involves in regulated activities

Minimum Job Requirements:

• University / college graduate with minimum 5 to 7 years relevant experience
• A member of recognized professional accounting body
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
