Responsible for managing Compensation and payment of assigned channels to ensure data accurately, correctly, and timely.

• Review, verify and reconcile, proceed for payment’s result every month, include final payroll tasks.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, expense statements, tax deduction.
• Being a key point of contact for all compensation and payment queries related to assigned channels.
• Control payment process, record documents and in-charge to communicate with related benefit agents.
• Maintain compensation functions on system, update system for regular and ad-hoc scheme’s changing.
• Manage all business rules to contribute to relevant projects (automating processes, optimizing sales reports on portal)
• Proactively in thinking and improving the quality of services for benefit sales team.
• Associated analysis of compensation and reporting for high management.
• Identifying areas of a business model that could be improved and strategizing how that improvement could be executed.
• Active involving in UAT new product’s commission and ensuring the delivery as scheduled.
• Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Minimum job requirements

1.     Education

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration  

 2.     Experience

• At least 3-year experiences in data processing.
• At least 2-years experiences in Compensation and Payment.
• Fundamental knowledge of the life insurance or banking industry a significant advantage

 3.     Special skills

• Business analytics skill
• Communication skill
• Skillful in Excel advance, PowerPoint, SQL or MS. Access.
• Ability to work well both independently and as a cooperative team member.
