The Distribution Partner Manager is responsible for developing and driving sales of Red Bull products through wholesalers and distribution partners in general trade or wholesaler network channels, with strategic business partnerships in order to deliver results against our key plans and initiative. In addition, the Distribution Partner Manager will be responsible for the business results (Sales and Trade-Marketing Programs) and Sales development of Red Bull through horizontal growth (numeric distribution) and vertical growth (volume per outlet), brand building activations, basic & perfect store standards set-up and in-store marketing impact (promo execution) to maximize potential off-take in the assigned channels. The key priority for the first 12 months is to assess current wholesale network to determine and build the most effective model for Red Bull Taiwan. This will include heavy travel (at least 4 days a week) to understand and engage wholesalers covering all of Taiwan.

Wholesaler Management
Developing productive long term relationships with wholesaler partners to reach and exceed sales targets.
Deliver monthly trade sales volume based on LRE (last revised estimate)
Implementing national wholesaler sales strategy.
Preparing volume forecasts and plans.
Driving wholesaler engagement through alignment on the business plan, leading to in-store execution excellence.
Ensure Numeric Distribution Target fulfillment by channel and SKU.
Regular store checks to acquire information on execution and market information.
Wholesaler contract negotiation, business development agreement.
Work cross functionally with Trade Marketing/ Marketing / Operations in developing business.
Set and Co-Develop the annual business plans with the DP regarding organisation requirements, distribution, investments, and KPIs.
Distribution Partner/Field Sales Agency Management
Depending on the assigned accounts: 1. Train Field Sales & Merchandiser force to sell targeted volume and set-up in-outlet execution standards. 2. Work with and manage Distribution Partner to deliver on account KPIs.
Develop & monitor KPIs & incentives for the DP’s Sales & Merchandiser force.
Ensure timely, correct and complete weekly and monthly reporting from field sales.
Set up a positive business and personal relationship with Distribution Partner and Field Sales Agency in order to ensure the long-term success.
Monitor Distribution Partner Field Sales force by joint visits in monthly basis.
Budget
Manage trade spend budget for assigned partners and their distributed stores.
Ensure utilisation of the budgets are strictly in line with Red Bull guidelines.
Internal and External Planning/ Business Plan/ Coordination
Suggest and present annual/ quarterly/ monthly action plans to ensure sales volume growth on assigned Distribution Partner network.
Provide Line Manager with any information requested for business plan preparation and strategic decisions.
Weekly coordination and reporting on work in progress, sales strategy and key Distribution Partner activities with Line Manager.
POS and Coolers
Achieve company targets on POS and cooler placement by month and by channel.
Instruct/ coordinate Distributor/ Operations on POS and cooler standards.
Ensure proper management, utilisation and inventory storage of Red Bull assets/POSM.
Your experience includes:
(proven performance in)
3-5 years experience in FMCG Distributor partner/Wholesalers management. Territory/ Regional/ Field Sales experience a plus.
Able and willing to work in a flat structured and low-bureaucratic company, applying all best practices obtained on previous jobs.
Bring a disciplined, innovative and creative approach to business.
Preferably have a strong educational background: numbers, analysis, strategy, innovation, system, structured approach, and marketing. Commercial awareness and basic understanding of commercial math.
Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships.
Strong selling skills; communication, negotiation and objection handling.
Highly motivated, energetic, a team player, agile, credible personality.
Proficient in English reading/ writing. Basic conversation level.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification
Proficient in English (verbal & written) and Mandarin.
