Eaton’s Vehicle Group is currently seeking a Distribution Systems Lead to join our team at the Indianapolis, IN facility. This position functions as the primary onsite systems lead (ERP and Infrastructure) for VGNA's distribution center (ELC). This role will be the SME for systems and related functions, including the Warehouse Management System, Infrastructure and software download stations (APD). In addition, this role will gather and analyze data, facilitate necessary system transactions, and be a key player for annual physical inventories, asset management, and capital budgeting processes. This individual will lead all systems related activities and implementation of all digital tools, storage, and programs. Coverage may include 24x7 support of the operations Manage system maintenance, configurations, and installation of various hardware technologies & software products Operate & maintain computer systems, including but not limited to PCs, printers, RF equipment, APD download station, data collection devices, etc Facilitate the coordination efforts of ELC physical inventories Open and coordinate resolution of all IT tickets for ELC Design and maintain ERP picking and wave rule strategy to comply with business requirements and changes with growth PC lifecycle management, including provisioning, asset management and disposal. May also facilitate disposal of other infrastructure assets Responsible for site IT Disaster Recovery plan, annual refresh, and bi-annual table-top walkthrough of IT Disaster Recovery plans Deployment, configuration and support of mobile devices, printers, PC/laptop hardware, PC/laptop operating system and standard productivity software for site users Gather IT related quotes and participate in IT CapEx functions Lead application, infrastructure, security and OpEx initiatives and support activities as needed related to site infrastructure that requires physical on-site presence, interaction with site personnel and/or expertise about site-based IT systems. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now and in the future. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Indianapolis, IN. Preferred Qualifications: ERP (Oracle) business intelligence platforms (OBIEE, Qlikview), Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and product knowledge.
