Eaton’s Electrical Division is currently seeking a Distributor Program Manager (Maternity Leave Coverage) to join our team. This position is based in our Burlington, ON location. Position Overview: The Distributor Programs Manager will work with Senior Product Managers, Product Managers and Product Engineers to lead the strategy, development and consolidation of marketing tools for channel, including sales aids, catalogue data, channel growth and loyalty programs, POP development, branch merchandising and displays. This position will help direct the overall marketing strategy across the “Products” marketing group and ensure it is effectively communicated to channel. In this function you will: Develop and implement compelling channel marketing, training, support programs and tools for channel partners. Interact directly with channel partners to support joint marketing initiatives. Develop, deploy and monitor “growth and/or loyalty” programs for sales impact and overall success. Manage distributor digital platform content, roadmap and optimization. Work jointly with channel partners to achieve on-going program initiatives and develop joint business plans/co-marketing activities in conjunction with Channel Managers, District Managers and Area Sales managers to develop and execute channel surveys, profiling and analysis. Evaluate program trends and results and provide analysis and recommendations to management. Drive promotional activity through MARCOM to sales and channel to meet overall objectives. Consolidate sales catalogue data, sales aids, marketing tools and POP material. Commercial Marketing Assignment: Develop & implement the Residential Pricing Strategy for Single family & Multifamily Create & lead a cross functional team for price guidance & market intel (sales, marketing, leadership) Price optimization / price simplification Pricing analysis to support strategy & projected results List pricing / multipliers / positioning strategy Pricing Tools Management DSPs, CSP/TSP price approvals (region TBA) Communication of residential price strategy changes When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we — as individuals and as a company — are stronger. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Applicable degree from an accredited school required Minimum of 5 years of marketing/sales experience Must have experience with “products” marketing in electrical industry Must be eligible to work in Canada without company sponsorship now or in the future No relocation is being offered for this position. Candidate must live within 80 km radius of Burlington, ON facility. Preferred qualifications: Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited school.
