- This role is in the ODM/GTE team in Systems Supply Chain Group. We are growing and we need a dynamic, results oriented individual to help us manage our Distributor network.
- Some key Roles and Responsibilities for the Distributor Supply Chain Manager are:
- Negotiates purchasing contracts, statement of works and pricing for goods and/or services, also, facilitate setting up new business process to meet Intel's business needs.
- Responsible for managing the relationship between Intel, suppliers and distributors by establishing and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Develop and engage distributor resources in support of assigned business or projects.
- Identify and develop new opportunities with assigned distributers.
- Communicate disti/broker strategies to internal and external stakeholders to obtain required support and coordination.
- Develop a clear understanding of Intel's business practices including pricing, forecasting, terms and conditions, and material planning.
- Conduct regular business review, and gather market intelligence to assist BU making proper material planning decision.
- Escalation and urgent requests management. - Other areas of responsibilities are: Assisting demand/capacity planning and supply management, monitoring supply chain execution, Assisting urgent part outsourcing, assessment of schedule/program risk, designing and optimizing business processes.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering or a related field of study.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in similar roles.3 years of relevant experience negotiating contracts and managing suppliers or working in distribution.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin
- Knowledge of IT/PC ecosystem and supply chain operation
- Knowledge of Distributor operation and execution.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Education or certification in a Supply Chain Management or Purchasing Management field.
- MBA degree
- Experience on leading and conducting partner audit process.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
