• Manage the sales administration, gross to net and sales information in partnership with distributors in alignment with the Distributors Commercial Unit

• Lead the Commercial Policy compliance and annual review for CAMCAR and ensure its implementation across all the distributors and partners in the region, in close collaboration with Commercial Unit

• Key contributor to Gross to Net objectives by ensuring compliance of CAMCAR Distributors with Commercial Policy and set-up tracking system in alignment with Commercial and Finance Units

• Deduction Resolution, Customer Service, Credit & Risk support

• Set up and Monitor a set of KPIs that Distributors agree to follow that assure that distributors are in accomplish the International Region compliance standard according with the activities develop by each distributor.

• Ensure Distributor Contracts are updated based on Commercial Policy, GDPs, ABAC and any other relevant regulation in AZ CAMCAR.

• Timely negotiation of contract modifications with distributors as well as negotiate and retain suitable distributor control costs in alignment with Legal department and Commercial Unit

• Build strategic partnerships with distributors by regularly liaising with key distributors and conducting distributors assessments/appraisals together with Distributors Commercial Unit.

• Participate in Demand Planning reviews with Supply Management, Business Units and Commercial Unit, and ensuring the projected Forecast Accuracy for CAMCAR

• Manage financial compliance to assure a healthy relationship with the distributor’s partners managing

• Monitor and continue improvement the sales invoicing process with Genpact of sales orders, credit notes, DMS volume reposition orders, in both private and public sector

Work together with AZ CAMCAR Distributor Commercial Team and become their key finance support and finance partner

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to manipulate and analyze data to identify trends and projections Communication Skills: able to communicate commercial insights/trends/numerical data to internal and external stakeholders effectively Market Knowledge: basic level of market knowledge regarding distributors, pharmacies, channels, etc. Commercial and Finance knowledge with focus on the basics of financial and commercial agreements that facilitate the follow up of the different kind of orders, credit or debit notes which contain discount Scales, financials discounts, bonus orders, etc. Key Account Management that facilitate distributors internal process understanding, establish relationship with key business people and fit AZ needs in alignment with distributors needs such as stocks levels and market opportunities considerations. Monitoring sales and key performance indicators, that will assure compliance of the contractual agreements.
