Job Description
Job Purpose
- Develop and maintain good relationship with key decision makers at KA target hospitals,
- Manage and execution the district hospital listing plan to achieve KA business target, and leverage distributor’s capabilities(e.g product promotion, 2nd tendering and bidding ) for hospital listing
- Deeply covered the top pharmacy KOLs for provincial bidding & N/PRDL.
Major Accountabilities
- Establish the relationship with hospital administrators and decision makers to accelerate the process of hospital listing in target territory(Chongqing, Sichuan, Shannxi)
- Working closely with sales team, commercial team and GA team to maximize the success rate of bidding, 2nd tendering, crisis management and N/PRDL KOLs management at target hospitals
- Execute KA promotional activities, including regional and national projects
- Establish the KA hospital management samples developing the partnership with big hospitals, cooperated and shared with regional sales and marketing team
Key Performance Indicators
- Hospital listing target achievement
- Budget control
- Execution of compliance
- Quality of the relationship with the top KOLs and KDMs
- Quality of the local support on government affair, e.g. tendering, N/PRDL
Required Knowledge & Skill set Education: Bachelor degree or above Languages: Mandarin. Good oral and written English skills. Experience: Minimum 3 years related working experience as senior KAM or DSM, From Pharmaceutical MNC is preferred.
