Role Mission:
As a district manager, your goal is to manage and monitor high quality branded retail operations and high standard business results of Crocs Energy Centers stores, which are globally newly launched in China; to drive best brand and shopping experience to the consumers; improve retail productivity and consumer experience based on in-depth understanding of local retail environment.
Key Process Accountabilities
Key Activities
1. Management:
- Manage the stores to ensure best brand image.
- Manage performance of all China energy center stores and growth targets to achieve the store KPIs and control P&L.
2. Store operations process
- Execute actions as per the Retail Trading Calendar, including new product launches, retail promotions and offers, Retail training and Visual Merchandising etc.
- Provide relevant feedback, including store and merchandise performance trends, and competitive activities to Senior Retail Manager, in order to influence action plans required to improve performance in-stores.
- Market visit and field coaching
- Retail operations analytical and training tools development
3. People management
- To support recruiting and optimizing retail staff
- To coach, motivate and develop staffs sales performance by communicating clear strategy and implementing training for sales techniques and brand’s knowledge.
- Set performance and development plans with direct reports;
4. Financial
- Work with Senior Retail Manager on financial and Image KPI’s and manage team to achieve.
- Monitor and analyze retail sales data while ensuring accuracy of collected information and insightful retail information analysis; well-founded POS productivity/efficiency improvement targets and solutions for Energy Center store.
Deliverables and Indicators (KPIs):
- Energy Center Store KPIs and retail productivity.
- High quality setup and management of sales team organization.
Job Requirements:
- Education:University Degree
- Experience:5-8 years’ retail with proven track record in district/regional store operation in leading consumer goods/retail company.
- Knowledge
- Excellent people management and customer services skill
- Action oriented and deadline focused, along with commitment for delivering results
- Excellent eye for detail, to be able to notice any anomalies from acceptable standards
- Be able to work independently / under pressure
- Fluent speaking and written in Chinese and English
- Basic in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Interpersonal Skill
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proactive, aggressive and flexible
- Proven management experience in leadership & training skills
- Good team player and self-motivated
- Travel Requirement:As required
