Responsibilities:

• Analyse data and generate various reports
• Examination invigilation
• Handle inquiries from customer in an efficient and professional manner
• Coordinate with internal departments to provide timely and quality services to customers
• Liaise and provide best solutions to clients based on their needs
• Assist in preparing sales & promotional activities
• Handle ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree or above
• 2 years of relevant working experience is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Hardworking, willing to learn, independent, self-initiative
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in using MS applications
• Immediate available is preferred
