Description

Reporting to the GM, you will:

• Manage store operations and profitability and identify any potential business opportunities to increase revenue
• Manager P&L, operational and food cost
• Train and lead the team to adhere to company policy
• Manage store KPIs, hygiene standards and customer service levels

Profile

• At least 6 years of experience in the F&B industry (fast food experience is a must)
• Must have multi-store management experience
• Excellent business acumen with a positive attitude
• Creative, able to think out of the box and drive new business strategies
• Fluent Cantonese is necessary
