Job Description

Objectives of the position
- To guide Region North dealers’ marketing team to develop dealer marketing planning at the local level in accorandance with sales target and priorities
- To monitor dealer’s marketing efficiency and effectiveness in terms of sufficient showroom traffic, sales leads generation, supporting on sales conversion activities and on-targeted dealer marketing spending
- To steer Mercedes-Benz brand image at level of dealer marketing activities and marketing communications in both ATL and BTL
- To participate in Region North marketing plan development and reporting
- To plan, coordinate and execute retail marketing activities and campaign
- To communicate and coordinate with Central Marketing relevant functions to ensure Central-led campaign implementation at dealer level, and responsible for the reporting to Central teams.
- To implement and support for regional retail marketing project implementation and vendor management
- To responsible for region north’s key project regarding planning, monthy reporting, steering and implementation
Description of tasks

1. Dealer marketing steering and communication of his/her own district:
- Coach and guide dealer marketing team to develop sales-driven marketing plan, and budget planning, in accordance with sales plan
- Monitor dealer marketing ATL/BTL implementation efficiency and effectiveness
- Steer key campaign implementation at dealer level
- Set up measurable KPIs for dealer marketing activities, and steer the result
- Dealer CI/VI management
- Regular communication/meetings with dealer management team
- Dealer performance data analysis (i.e. showroom traffic, BDC performance, cost efficiency ) vs. sales data (i.e. TA, order in-take, conversion rate, stock) to generate insights for improvement plan/actions.
2. RN retail marketing campaign development & implementation:
- Work with various departments (sales, internal marketing) to develop retail marketing program and annual/quarterly/monthly planning
- Plan and follow up for the action plan of retail maketing projects
- Implement retail marketing activities, including but not limited to: CP development & approval process, RFQ, supervising external vendor, event result steering, cross-function communication, dealer communication and event reports
- Internally coordinate with each marketing line function team to consolidate retail marketing plan
- Regional budget management & planning
3.Retail marketing internal communication & others
- Coordinate internally marketing (Central Marketing, especially retail marketing) with each line function team to execute retail marketing projects
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor
