Eaton’s North American Sales Division is currently seeking a Sales Director to join our team. This position is based at our Boothwyn, PA location and covers areas of PA, NJ, DE. Relocation assistance will be offered. Our District Sales Director will have revenue responsible for a $150MM electrical business strategy. As a business leader, you will create and implement strategic plans to support electric product line initiatives and product launches. Your sales team will require coaching, directing and training to succeed at managing and developing their customer base. The team will leverage internal and external sales resources, drive products and the channel to market in order to achieve market share gains, support price attainment goals and support strategic initiatives throughout the district. You're successful at establishing new and build on existing relationships with key customers and distributers to enhance sales volume and customer service You're able to plan, direct, and drive the sales resources to ensure account coverage You understand competitors products, tactics, strategy, pricing, and position in the district You excel at creating and implementing strategic plans to support product line initiatives and product launches. You set aggressive sales plans and achieve ambitious targets and stretch goals You're able to build close relationships and have strong customer orientation at all levels; able to sell and support customer’s current and future business needs You have an understanding of electrical products and their competitive position within the district You've got demonstrated experience to identify existing and future growth market opportunities and tailor strategic sales plan and resources to maximize Eaton’s top-line and market share position Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; MBA preferred Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in electrical sales Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales management positions Legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license Preferred Qualifications MBA degree Sales experience in the North American Investor-Owned Utilities Market Experience managing direct sales personnel Position Criteria Product line marketing and/or operational experience Knowledge of electrical products and distribution channels Strategic planning and profit planning experience Knowledge of sales techniques, customers, customer relations, and personnel development Strong professional presence and communication style Ability to influence without authority, in a matrix environment Eaton considers qualified applicants regardless of criminal histories, consistent with local laws.
