Job Description:
Proactively sell MBAFC’s products and services to designated dealers in metro markets for continuously growing MBAFC’s penetration, portfolio and profit.
Plan and implement measures to achieve MBAFC’s business objectives for all products and services.
Regularly review performance of dealers and FCs. Initiate action plan to improve overall performance.
Train, coach, and manage the Financial Consultant(s) assigned to you.
Improve region’s performance through sharing experiences with and supporting other DSMs in field.
Provide inputs and strategic comments on national and regional campaigns, action plans, etc. Provide feedback to headquarters on the market and MBAFC’s competitors.
Represent the company to solve various issues in designated territory.
Lead or participate in special projects assigned and take any other jobs required to achieve the company’s objectives.
Fulfill the obligation of information disclosure, make comprehensive and realistic introduction of the products properties, main risks and fee scales;
Carry on objective evaluation of consumer’s affordability risk; avoid initiatively offering of the product beyond the consumer’s risk bearing capacity;
Conduct necessary finance product and service knowledge propaganda; effectively protect the consumer’s rights and interests.
