• Achieve the assigned sales objectives.
• Sell products in Biopharma industry in South China area with professional knowledge of products and through understanding of customer applications.
• Maintain close relationship with and provide professional services to the customers and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collect, update and analyze market information and customer records, identify customer needs and monitor competitor activities.
• Implement marketing and sales strategies, develop new customers and business opportunities by cooperation with marketing and sales teams.
• Manage and optimize current channel include distributors and dealers, develop new channels to raise the coverage of target customers.
• Take and follow up sales orders, arrange internal sales logistics, collect account receivables by cooperation with other relevant functional departments.
• Accept EHS training to comply with all EHS rules and take the responsibilities for accident report and assigned EHS action.

• Minimum bachelor degree in Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology or related disciplines.
• Must have more than three years’ experience in sales as value added or technical experience in Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing or Biotechnology Company.
• Good presentation skills, computer skills in Microsoft office and communication technology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in mandarin and English.
• High energy, teamwork, self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel.
