YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve wholesale and retail units and PAC (parts, accessories & clothing), sales targets (in value) and network optimization targets for responsible territory, maximizing BRP’s business opportunities and contributing to long term business success.
- Grow, develop, support and up-skill the network in ways that ensure sales objectives are achieved
- Prepare & execute a Territory Action Plan (TAP): Establish targets per dealer to maximize financial objectives, and address the risks and opportunities of your market.
- Provide support and guidance to the network in the implementation of the commercial policy
- Prioritize actions and optimize the dealer network in line with BRP positioning and identified market potential.
- Utilize sales tools and schedule time to organize dealer visits, manage relationships and deliver on dealer-specific action plans
- Proactively contribute to key district events and district-specific marketing initiatives utilizing available tools to increase wholesale and retail results
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to optimize the dealer network in a targeted approach
- Increase dealer engagement through relationship-building, coaching and sales/products training
- Develop & support the identification of the playgrounds for the dealer network
- Effectively manage district travel budget
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales and marketing experience.
- Dealership and/or retail sales experience in the powersport industry is a plus
- Proven track record of successfully delivering results in fast paced and high growth environment.
- Fluent in written & spoken Mandarin and English.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong results orientation and drive to achieve
- Set priorities and objectives and ability to deliver tasks and results within deadlines
- Team player with strong relationship building abilities
- High-level of self-motivation and ability to operate autonomously
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to deal with challenging situations
- Customer oriented mindset and focus
- Position is based in the BRP Shanghai office.
- Travel 50%: Local traveling within the defined market area on regular basis plus occasional international traveling
