The Diversity & Inclusion (DI) Partner analyzes D&I data, builds strategy, designs, develops and implements DI programs and monitors impact, and guides Business Unit (BU) DI teams to promote diversity and inclusion across the organization, in partnership with Business HR. This role creates and executes initiatives to support Business Unit DI strategies, with a focus on reaching our corporate diversity and inclusion goals. This includes efforts to attract and acquire talent from diverse backgrounds, engage and retain, build an inclusive and equitable culture, and develop and progress this workforce in their careers.
This position partners closely with Business HR and leaders to ensure engagement and success. Failure to focus on DI initiatives results in low organizational diversity, lack of inclusivity, lower organizational health scores and higher undesired attrition in women and historically underrepresented populations. This position will have high impact on achieving BU-specific and Intel’s corporate goals.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Analyzes data, draws conclusions, uses data to influence and recommend action in the BU.
Defines strategy, consults with BU teams on direction, manages stakeholders including executives.
Identifies programs that improve hiring practices, support the professional growth of women and historically underrepresented groups, increase retention, and build an inclusive culture.
Sources, aligns, and executes diversity and inclusion programs and resources.
Leverages corporate programs and resources and adjusts to the unique delivery needs of the organization’s global dispersion.
May lead or participate in BU specific DI Global Committees with DI Champions across the organization, including participant selection, meeting management, assigning deliverables and tracking success metrics.
Identifies and implements tracking metrics for measuring the effectiveness of the BU’s D&I initiatives.
Prepares quarterly reports, in partnership with BHR DI Business Partners, for senior management outlining progress of initiatives and success metrics.
Provides key input to the promotion, communication and education of DI programs.
Attends corporate D&I Champion meetings to understand Intel-wide goals and available resources. Brings back information and recommendations to BU leaders and D&I Committees.
Works closely with Business HR , BU Leaders, and Global Diversity Inclusion & Social Impact team.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion, Business, or related field with 4+ years of successful project management for diversity, inclusion or equity, with experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams or 7+ years of diversity, inclusion or equity experience in lieu of a degree.
2+ years of experience with people data analytics, data-driven storytelling and decision-making.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
