We are looking for a Diversity Recruitment Partner who will be responsible for supporting the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Lead in the implementation and delivery of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy for attracting and hiring top talent.

You will partner closely with key stakeholders to drive recruiting efforts and the development of diverse talent pipelines and will be an active member of the Talent Acquisition team handling some other positions within.

What you'll be doing: 

  • Support the design and delivery of a D,E&I Talent Acquisition strategy and establish the key measures and metrics across the D,E&I hiring roadmap
  • Generate action plans/programs and initiatives to assess the effectiveness and communicate progress towards regional and global goals.
  • Provide diversity sourcing support for critical roles ensuring a diverse pool of applicants for mid-senior level roles
  • Build and strengthen diversity recruiting competence among hiring managers via the delivery of recruitment training.
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle in line with our policy.
  • Identify and attend diversity recruiting and outreach events, locally, nationally, and potentially internationally, to generate interest in T&F as an employer of choice.
  • Partner with the Communications Team to ensure diversity is embedded in our employer brand.
  • Act as a liaison between Colleague Resource Groups, Talent Acquisition, and the T&F D,E&I Network
  • Identify, evaluate and present new recruitment sources/partnerships that will increase our pool the diversity of our talent pipelines. Use data to evaluate source effectiveness, progress, and opportunities for improvements.
  • Provide education and guidance on talent acquisition and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Create, communicate, and continuously optimize assessment processes.
  • Analyze candidate feedback surveys to ensure our talent attraction processes are inclusive.
  • Create ad-hoc reports as needed to meet senior management’s and HR Business Partners’ information/analysis requests.
  • Support any required regulatory reporting that is needed.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

  • Consistent record in talent acquisition and delivering results across a global business.
  • Experience collaborating closely with external candidates and securing talent into vacancies.
  • Highly skilled at evaluating, developing, and implementing diverse talent attraction strategies and programs that bring alignment across the organization.
  • Passion for collaboration, both within a People team and with senior stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed to ensure up to date knowledge of best practices and innovation in the industry
  • You will have a ‘roll your sleeves up demeanor' but use your experience to strategically input and drive various areas of D,E&I work already in motion.
  • Engaging communication style with high attention to detail across all written communication mediums.
  • Ability to meet handle multiple projects, prioritize various demands, and identify/solve problems creatively.
  • Experience in a global multinational organization is essential to execute strategy via an often matrix environment
  • Able to handle complexity, ambiguity, and change.
  • A proactive attitude, with excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems– (we use Smart Recruiters)

  • This is a global role and we currently have capacity for this role to be UK/US based or within one of our Asia Pacific regions, however you must have the right to live and work within the location you reside in
