Job Description
Diving Department (Receptionist / Diving Instructor)

I. Job Responsibilities and Duties

1. Dive Instruction & Guest Reception
Report on time as per the department schedule to conduct assigned dive courses or introductory dive sessions. The daily number of dive students or introductory guests shall not exceed 6 persons in principle (subject to minor adjustments in peak and off-peak seasons).

2. Guest Engagement & Safety Supervision
Interact patiently and proactively with diving guests both onshore and underwater, assist with photography, guide diving skills, ensure guest safety, and support the delivery of high-quality underwater photography and videography services.

3. Promotional Support
Cooperate positively with the company’s temporary promotional video or photo shoots outside regular working hours. The total monthly duration of such additional assignments shall not exceed 6 hours, and prior notice will be given wherever possible.

4. Safety & Compliance
Strictly adhere to all safety regulations, diving operating procedures set by the company and the diving department, as well as international diving safety standards, prioritizing the safety of guests and yourself at all times.

5. Equipment Maintenance
After each diving activity, clean, inspect and properly store all diving equipment used and assigned to you in accordance with departmental procedures and standards to ensure it remains in good and usable condition.
II. Working Hours & Intensity

1. Daily core underwater instruction or guest interaction shall not exceed 6 hours.

2. Total working hours (including onshore preparation, briefings, customer service, equipment maintenance, etc.) shall follow the company’s scheduling system. Specific rest days are determined by the roster.

III. Working Conditions & Standards

1. Work Authorization: The employee must personally ensure they hold and maintain a valid visa for legal employment in China, and provide copies of relevant documentation to the company as required. The company may provide necessary assistance.

2. Qualification Requirements: Must hold and maintain a valid, internationally recognized professional diving instructor certification (e.g., PADI, SSI, CMAS, etc.) throughout the employment term.

3. Code of Conduct: Maintain a professional image and proper etiquette during working hours, respecting clients, colleagues, and local culture. Diving operations under the influence of alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited.

4. Confidentiality Obligation: Shall not disclose the company’s operational data, client information, training materials, or trade secrets.

5. Intellectual Property Rights: All video, image, and textual materials created or produced for company promotion during employment shall be the sole intellectual property of the company.
