Eaton’s Electrical Sector is currently seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. This position is based at our Raleigh, NC. facility. Relocation Assistance will be provided! Position Overview: Eaton has an exciting opportunity to hire a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager. The primary function of this role is to manage the daily/monthly/yearly financial planning and analysis process of the Critical Power and Digital Infrastructure Division. This role also includes responsibility for managing the budgets and activity of our division's headquarters' ledger. In this role, you will: Coordinate and manage all business level planning and reporting activities including monthly results, monthly rolling forecast, profit planning, strategic planning, and operating review requirements. Ensure compliance with both operations and Eaton segment reporting structures. Lead working capital and cash flow analysis and counter measures if needed by working closely with the Business Unit controllers. Coordinate and manage acquisition/integration reporting and support finance integration activities. Provide support to the CPDI leadership team including developing reporting and analysis needed to support business. Serve as liaison between the Sector and E&Y, Internal Audit, and SOX for audit requests for CPDI Work with the CPDI HQ budget holders to establish annual budgets and publish and review monthly budget reports and analyze any variances with each department manager. Ensure that all accounting policies, procedures, and schedules are adhered to for this location. Maintain SOX 404 status. Maintain high level of ethical standards and identify and analyze problem areas and recommend appropriate course of action. Drive process improvements through automation and/or the development of standard work where needed. Develop and support capital expenditure tracker for the business. Manage the monthly reporting requirements and deliverables to the CPDI leadership team and Americas finance team; ensuring timely submissions, accurate reporting and analysis, and timely follow-ups to all requests and questions. Perform audits of balance sheet accounts and analysis of variances and reconciliations. Complete and coordinate the representation letters and prepares CPDI compliance tracker and report out to senior leadership When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we — as individuals and as a company — are stronger. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Minimum 7 years in financial planning and analysis or financial experience within manufacturing organizations Must be authorized to work in United State without company sponsorship now or in the future Preferred qualifications: Master's degree from an accredited educational institution Finance certifications Position Criteria: Ability to demonstrate strong knowledge of Excel SAP or other ERP system experience Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skill set that is effective at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to influence broad organization directions and the attainment of objectives. Demonstrated success in building organizational capability and upgrading talent. Ability to communicate both financial and non-financial information in a clear, concise, and organized manner Passion for driving change and improving processes Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range for this role is $ 118,000-$162,500. Additional Compensation: Eligible for an annual performance-based incentive plan with a target at 18% of base salary.
