Responsibilities:

1. Program Planning, Implementation, Development and Management

• Develop and implement annual fundraising & marketing plans, budgets and guidelines in accordance to approved corporate strategies
• Coordinate the delivery services among different partnerships to increase social enterprise activities
• Support the Executive Director in operationalizing strategic and program planning
• Secure new fundraising source to deliver bottom line
• Oversee the fundraising activities (including but not limited to China vision sharing trips, church events, mass & corporate fundraising) and Social Enterprise operations to ensure effective delivery of the annual targets

2. Corporate Communication

• Ensure that all communication pathways are open and functional within our organization

3. Risk Management

• Able to deploy resources to minimize, monitor impact of unfortunate incidents

4. Staff Training

• Facilitate up to date training opportunities in regards to current issues and arising trends

5. Financial Management

• Responsible for control the project costs and minimize the deviation from the budget

Requirements:

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, International Relations, or any other related field
• A track record of up to five years’ successful fundraising in the charity sector is frequently desired
• Minimum 10 years relevant working experience and working in non-profit organization is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Proficiency in English, Chinese and Mandarin languages
• Good communication skills and is a good team player
