Eaton’s Aerospace Group, Fuel Motion Control Systems Division is currently seeking a Division Pricing Manager to join our team. This is a remote position. The annual salary range for this role is $118,000 – $162,250. Position Overview: The Division Pricing Manager leads a critical element of our growing $1BM Fuel and Motion Control Systems (FMC) Division Aerospace Business. The Division Pricing Manager creates and manages market pricing strategies for a dozen product lines in our Fuels and Hydraulics businesses and across all segments. This role will ensure alignment and/or coordination with site pricing teams across the FMC Division and will report directly into our two General Managers. The Division Pricing Manager will drive results and provide leadership of all pricing functions for all sites within the FMC division. In this function you will: Lead division strategic and tactical pricing activities to exceed annual profit plan price goals. Create annual Price Operations Plan to meet Profit Plan price objective and lead successful implementation across the business. Provide functional excellence leadership to a team of pricing professionals. Deliver strategic pricing analysis and optimization of momentum pricing with the balanced goal to grow the business profitably. Lead Center of Excellence (COE) pricing transformation projects using margin optimizing techniques including market, value and relationship pricing. Manage initiatives to improve cycle time and quality through continuous improvement and problem solving. Develop pricing strategies, policies, and procedures (SOP) to improve team quote execution for the COE product lines. Build organizational capability through strategic price coaching, employee development, recruitment, motivation, teaming, and maximizing use of available resources to meet goals. Proactively review and strategy development of expiring long term agreements, new proposals, and economic adjustment clauses. Utilize the pricing database/engine and automation of market-based data to drive competitiveness while maintaining profitability. Manage US Government TINA proposal processes and metrics. Lead customer negotiation of escalated pricing proposals. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. Five to seven (5-7) years of financial or commercial experience. Minimum of one (1) year of experience managing or leading others. This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee. Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications: Masters or Masters in Business Administration from an accredited institution. Minimum of two to three (2-3) years of experience in an aerospace/military aerospace environment. Experience working within a matrixed organization.
