In this position, you will effectively support company operation by providing quality medical services and related affairs, to make sure all medical services are up to government defined standards and company standards.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

1, Responsible for CXL clinic’s daily work, treating prevailing diseases for employees and trying to reduce employees’ time of seeing a doctor in work hours;

2, Provides emergency treatment for employees who get injured during the work or suffer an accidental disease, escorts those employees to hospital till they receive normal treatment;

3, Manage yearly occupational health examination, provide advice and take actions to protect employees from occupational disease;

4, Manage yearly normal physical examination and provide suggestions to employees as needed.

5, Ensure medicine purchase timely payment and align with budget.

6, Manage sick leave, maternity leave and paternity leave to align with HR policy ;

7, Conduct monthly medical equipment inspection and provide on-site healthy support during high temperature season.

8, Manage employees’ medical archives according to national and company related policy.

9, Provide medical service to night shift employees.
