1,Assists in the creation, distribution and maintenance of process documentation, quality alerts, and engineering deviations.

2,Responsible for Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) of saleable product in accordance with ISO TS 16949, customer specific requirements, and the AIAG PPAP manual.

3， Responsible for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the Production Part Approval Process.

4， Member of the Change Management Team.

5， Maintains and updates the cost of quality reporting system and month-end reporting.

6， Serves to support internal and third-party audits especially but not limited to document control, and customer PPAP.

职责要求：

1， Strong computer skills, including demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PPT and Word required.

2， Desktop publishing and flowcharting skills required.

3， Solid quality background and knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.

4， Knowledge of and experience with the following quality processes and tools: advanced product quality planning, process flow diagrams, FMEA, control plans, measurement systems analysis, PPAP, SPC.

5， Must have knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 requirements for PPAP and customer specific requirements related to PPAP and change control.

6， Strong organizational skills required.

7， Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

8， College degree or above. Background in technical writing preferred.
