In this role, you have the opportunity to
Drive quality solutions in a global health technology environment by evaluating and monitoring document processes and collaborating with other subject-matter-experts.
You are responsible for
Effective (local) Business Process Ownership/Expert role for Document Control processes and tools in scope
Establish DC support to authors and (local) process owners in defining and producing lean Quality System documents and records; ensure proper quality of the content of documentation and records
Ensuring all controlled Quality documents are maintained to the latest issue, and that these documents are made available at all locations where operations essential to the effective function of the Quality Management System are performed
Establish and manage proper document review processes
Establish, monitor and respond to metrics on the efficacy and efficiency of the document management system and its ability to support the business
Manage DHF/DMR/DHR
Other special projects as assigned
You are a part of
The Quality and Regulatory department and will help improve the consistency and quality of Philips practices and products by championing training solutions.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technical Writing, Communications, or similar field
3+ years related experience in change control and/or document control field in medical device industry
Familiarity with Document Management tools.
Knowledge of ISO, FDA regulations and regulatory requirements
Ability to operate efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, organizational skills.
Experience supporting, working on and or exposure to audit related tasks, preferred.
