The Domestic Network Connectiveity Intern will assist within the IT network connectivity area. We are looking for a Dev-ops position to focus on network related topics.
The qualified intern should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions:
- Evaluations of current solutions.
- Creation of solutions, tools, and documentation.
- Solutions and tools for multi-vendor network automation.
- Solutions and tools for logging storage and analysis.
- Solutions and tools for code repository of network components and structure.
- Network / communication experience or training.
- Dev-ops tools and process experience.
- Unix, BSD, Linux, etc experience.
- Python and other various programming or coding experience.
- Communication and teamwork skills.
- Agile / scrum skills and experience.
- Technical documentation of solutions.
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
- Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
- Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week).
- Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
- MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
- Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
- THE WORK TERM DATES ARE (January 3rd until May 6th).
