  What you will be doing:
• Timely assistance with guest luggage and belonging to and from the drive
• Personalize guests’ welcoming experience to the Fairmont Copley Plaza and city of Boston
• Maintain presence on the drive as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to the guests
• Assist with guest transportation including personal vehicles, valet, taxis and ride shares. 
• 
  Your experience and skills include:
• Service focused personality is essential; customer related experience an asset
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
  
  Your team and working environment:
• Working with our Rooms Managers, Bellpersons, Concierge and Front Desk Agent. You will be in a fast paced, community enviorment, focused on providing luxury service to guests arriving and departing.
