1.Be an example to dormitory students and a friend of the dormitory students.
2.Familiarize with the Dormitory Rules, regulations and activities organized by Student Service.
3.Create a positive, supportive and cooperative atmosphere.
4.Check on students during in-room time and lights-out time and monitor the rooms after lights out.
5.Assist in check-in, check-out and room changing.
6.Help dormitory students to solve their living problems.
7.Conduct to create a theme and decorate the corridor on the responsible floor which can represent the spirit of dormitory students.
8.Help the students maintain both their dorm rooms and all common areas with regard to cleanliness and repair of damages.
9.Refer dorm students to proper campus offices and support services.
10.Maintain the deans’ own living and working space in an orderly fashion.
11.Plan and implement weekday and weekend recreation activities for students.
12.Coordinate emergency/crisis response to the rest of the school.
13.Coordinate with the school nurse to keep student’s medical record.
14.Communicate regularly with the VP of Student Service regarding suggestions and new ideas.
