Major Responsibilities:

• To take care of the student’s daily living with the assistance of a domestic helper;
• To provide a homey environment for the dormitory students so that they could continue to grow emotionally, physically and spiritually being;
• To love every students as your own child;
• To work closely with the teachers to make sure the students are doing fine in school;
• To keep in touch with the students’ parents/guardians weekly either via email or phone;
• To plan Saturday/Sunday activities for the students;
• To plan a daily schedule and guide the students to follow it. The objective here is to help the students grow in all physical, emotional and spiritual aspects;
• To supervise the domestic helper in keeping the dormitory clean and tidy;
• Assist at promotional events and activities;
• Attend meetings;
• Other duties as requested by the Co-Principals.

1、照看住宿学生的日常生活；

2、在学生宿舍区建立家庭气氛，爱护每一个学生，帮助学生在情感、体能和精神诸方面健康成长；

3、与住宿学生的家长保持良好联系，通过电话或邮件方式与家长沟通；

4、督促和辅导学生完成课后作业；

5、组织开展语言和文化交流活动，包括安排周末活动，丰富学生的课后生活并增长其国际视野；

6、指导和监督宿舍清洁员保持学生宿舍区的整洁工作；

7、协助制定学生宿舍管理的规章制度并负责具体实施；

8、加强与学校各部门的协调工作，互相配合，共同做好学生宿舍管理；

9、完成校长安排的其他相关工作。

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Years of class teaching experience, with teaching to Chinese students in class situation advantage;
• Bachelor’s degree;
• With standard and clear accent;
• Personality – responsible, outgoing, happy, enthusiastic, positive, confident.

1、大学本科或以上学历，有相关经验；

2、热爱教育，热爱孩子；

3、能用中、英文与人沟通；

4、熟练使用计算机；

5、积极肯干，工作认真负责、主动、认真、细心、严谨；

6、自觉遵守公司及学校的各项规章制度，

7、认同耀华的使命与价值观，并在其中积极努力地工作。
