In this role, you will have the opportunity to

Be part of the Philips Healthcare, Imaging Systems Customer Service Life Program and deliver one of the world's most robust portfolios of medical systems for faster and more accurate diagnosis and treatment. You will utilize your downstream marketing experience and creativity to drive our intangible products.

As a global leader in most of its markets, Philips Healthcare offers best-in-class technologies in X-ray, ultrasound, magnetic resonance, computed tomography, nuclear medicine, PET, radiation oncology systems, patient monitoring, information management, and resuscitation products, as well as a range of services which include asset management, training and education, business consultancy, financial services, and e-care business services.

The position is US-home based, but must be located within the Midwest states of the United States.

You are responsible for (but not limited to)

  • Responsible for implementing, managing and tracking all revenue-generating service programs and promotions within the zone to achieve the revenue targets.

  • Works closely with Customer Services Marketing in developing broad concepts and business strategies into structured revenue programs applicable to the zones.

  • Leverages service strategy with opportunities presented by current and planned equipment technology, sales and strategy.

  • Participates in developing new services/service product definition and business plans with Customer Services Marketing.

  • Works closely with Service Sales Specialists & Region Service Managers in developing zone-specific service sales and marketing implementation plans

  • Implements service product portfolio, products and features including but is not limited to: gathering field input, obtaining market data, conducting S.W.O.T. analysis, establishing closed-loop tracking and reporting mechanisms, and implementing product launches (internal and external) including training of internal personnel.

  • Ensures consistent approach to format and delivery of service sales and marketing programs and promotions for the assigned zone.

  • Verifies uniform distribution, and control of service sales and marketing programs for the assigned zone.

  • Works closely with zone counterparts, CCTs, and all applicable internal groups to develop strategies and programs to increase Service revenue.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor's Degree, required; ideally, in business or marketing; MBA preferred

  • 5+ years of related experience, preferably in the medical imaging field.

  • Downstream marketing experience; paired with creativity and experience marketing intangible products.

  • Effective communication skills including demonstrated stand-up presentation skills, group facilitation and ability to interact with international personnel.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively in a team-based organization across multiple locations and with management and individuals of various levels and backgrounds across all department and organizational levels.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic and tactical sales, marketing and business plans.

  • Making commitments, setting priorities, and delivering results on time and on budget, while exceeding goals.

  • Project management skills, supported by a record of accomplishment of performance and leading teams.

  • Advanced PC skills; working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, FrontPage, and Access.

  • Results-oriented, creative ability to think out of the box; paired with excellent organization, analytical, problem-solving, time management and listening skills.

  • Enthusiastic, high energy and strong Interpersonal skills; supported by a flexible work style with the ability to adapt to internal and external customer requirements

  • Able to travel to the customer site, zone office or identified locations for meetings; company car provided
